hi everyone, hope all is well with all of you. here are my thoughts on this topic. i have two tattoos and may possibly get a third if my fiance ever gives me the okay . from childhood there was just something about tattoos that fascinated me; either it was the art or the detail so i had always promised myself to get one. when i got old enough i didnt rush to get one i waited several years simply because (for me) it wasn't something as a form of fashion i wanted it to have some real meaning. now both of my tattoos possess a significant relationship to who i am because of what they are and where they are placed. my tattoos are for me and not the public. they hold memories, interpretations, and emotional ties. one may say someone shouldn't put so much emphasis and attachment into a marking on the body but i did due to the fact that these 'markings' are important to me. i think tattoos are what we make them. if there is scripture that proves that it is an abomination unto to God, then as with everything else in this world, when i see Him i will have to give an account for, but until then, don't do it because 'you like them' or they're fashionable, because they're also addictive and there are health risks connected to it. just like everything else it has its pros and cons so choose wisely. T.G.T.F (today's generation tomorrow's future)
